About Course

As you contemplate embarking on this life-altering 8-week Mind-Based Pain Management Course, we honor your well-being and ultimate health. Chronic pain, as complex and unique as it is, is traditionally managed with the assistance of healthcare professionals. While mind-based strategies may significantly improve your enjoyment of life and your ability to manage pain, it is essential that you consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new program, especially if your pain is new, has recently changed, or you have not yet had a medical evaluation for your symptoms.

The quest for relief from chronic pain can seem unending. Standard medical treatments, while necessary, do not always deal with the toll that pain can take mentally and emotionally. We are excited to bring your our unique and innovative free 8-week Mind-Based Pain Management Course – an endeavor designed to offer tools and techniques for chronic pain sufferers that can improve your enjoyment of life from the INSIDE OUT.

Course Overview
